Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below. Where the context permits, the singular includes the plural and vice versa.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 55bmw5 website, creating a Player Account, or using any part of the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable rules and regulations. If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your Player Account.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 55bmw5. The Agreement comes into effect from the moment you complete the account registration process and click to confirm acceptance during sign-up. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Eligibility

To be eligible to register for and use a 55bmw5 Player Account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

1. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. The minimum age requirement of 21 years for online gaming participation is mandated by PAGCOR and is a non-negotiable condition of access to the 55bmw5 platform. Players who are found to be underage will have their accounts immediately suspended, all balances will be withheld pending review, and the matter may be referred to relevant authorities.
2. You must be a resident of the Philippines or be otherwise permitted under your local laws to participate in online gambling on a Philippine-licensed platform.
3. You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, director, or officer of 55bmw5, or a member of the immediate family household of any such person, unless prior written approval has been granted by 55bmw5 compliance.
4. You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order issued by PAGCOR or by 55bmw5 under its own responsible gaming framework.
5. You must be acting on your own behalf as an individual and not as an agent, representative, or trustee for any third party.
6. You must not have a prior Player Account on 55bmw5 that was suspended or closed for a material breach of these Terms.

Account Registration

Each eligible individual may hold a maximum of one (1) Player Account on the 55bmw5 platform at any given time. Opening multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, device identifiers, or IP addresses — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are detected, 55bmw5 may, at its sole discretion:

• Close all duplicate accounts;
• Void any pending bets or bonuses associated with those accounts;
• Withhold and forfeit balances pending a compliance review; and
• Permanently ban the Player from the 55bmw5 platform.

When registering for a Player Account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested in the registration form. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must notify 55bmw5 promptly — via [email protected] — of any changes to your registered details, including your mobile number, email address, and linked payment accounts.

Account credentials — your username and password — are personal to you and must not be shared with, disclosed to, or used by any third party. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your Player Account. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify 55bmw5 immediately and change your password without delay.

Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits. Deposits to your 55bmw5 Player Account may be made using any payment method currently listed on the Platform, including GCash, Maya, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, QR Ph, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, and Visa/Mastercard. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. 55bmw5 reserves the right to modify minimum deposit thresholds and supported payment methods at any time, with notice provided via the Platform.

5.2 Player Funds. Funds deposited by Players are held in accounts segregated from 55bmw5's operating capital. Player balances are not used for operational expenses or third-party obligations. This segregation is a PAGCOR licensing condition and is maintained at all times.

5.3 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in the Player's own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Maximum withdrawal limits may apply based on payment method and VIP tier. Current limits are displayed in the Player's account dashboard.
• Withdrawals of Real Money Balance are processed within the timeframes published on the Platform, subject to any pending KYC or compliance review.
• Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirements have been fully met.
• 55bmw5 reserves the right to conduct withdrawal reviews in line with its AML obligations. Reviews may delay processing by up to 5 business days in exceptional cases.

5.4 No Fees. 55bmw5 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. Third-party payment processor fees, if any, are disclosed at the time of transaction and are the responsibility of the Player.

Bonuses & Promotions

55bmw5 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to Players, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback awards, and VIP program benefits. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless otherwise stated in the specific terms of each offer:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, and expiry period are disclosed in the promotion's specific terms at the time of offer.
• Bonuses may only be claimed by Players who meet the eligibility criteria specified in the promotion terms, including minimum deposit amounts and account verification status.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per Player. Attempting to claim multiple welcome bonuses through duplicate accounts or referral abuse will result in account suspension and forfeiture of associated funds.
• 55bmw5 reserves the right to cancel, withdraw, or modify any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Promotions already in progress for a Player will be honoured on the terms applicable at the time of opt-in.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to arbitrage betting, exploitation of software errors, collusion, or the use of automated tools — will result in the cancellation of associated bonuses and may result in account suspension.
• Cashback bonuses are calculated on net gaming losses only. Cashback awards are credited to a Player's account in accordance with the schedule specified in each promotion. Unless otherwise stated, cashback credits carry a 1x wagering requirement.

Game Rules & Fairness

Each game available through the 55bmw5 platform operates according to published game rules that form part of these Terms by incorporation. By placing a wager on any game, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules.

All games offered on the 55bmw5 platform use a Random Number Generator (RNG) certified by accredited independent testing laboratories. The RNG produces statistically random and unpredictable outcomes that cannot be influenced or predicted by either the Player or by 55bmw5. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are long-run theoretical averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

In the case of live dealer games, the decisions of the dealer and the pit supervisor are final and binding, subject to any formal dispute procedures set out in this Agreement. Where a round is inconclusive due to technical disruption, a full review will be conducted and the Player will be notified of the outcome within 5 business days.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 55bmw5 platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Detection of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension and potential legal action:

• Using the platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or tax evasion;
• Opening or operating an account on behalf of a third party, or allowing a third party to use your account;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with the platform in a manner inconsistent with normal human play;
• Exploiting errors, glitches, or loopholes in the platform's software or payment systems;
• Colluding with other players or dealers to obtain an unfair advantage, particularly in live dealer or multiplayer games;
• Engaging in chargebacks, payment reversals, or unauthorized claims against 55bmw5 through a payment provider;
• Providing false or misleading information during registration, KYC, or any compliance process;
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.

Account Suspension & Closure

9.1 Suspension by 55bmw5. 55bmw5 reserves the right to suspend or restrict a Player Account at any time, without prior notice, where there are reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or a compliance concern requiring investigation. During a suspension, all pending bets will be settled normally, but withdrawals will be placed on hold pending review.

9.2 Closure by Player. Players may request the closure of their 55bmw5 account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Any Real Money Balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the Player's registered payment method after the applicable verification checks, provided no material breach is under investigation. Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited on closure.

9.3 Self-Exclusion. Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period — ranging from 30 days to permanent — from their account settings or by contacting support. During self-exclusion, the Player Account will be suspended and no new accounts may be opened. Marketing communications will cease immediately.

Responsible Gaming

55bmw5 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Filipino players on its platform. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all Players and can be configured from the Account Settings panel at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Cap the maximum net loss amount over a defined period. Reductions apply immediately.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive a notification after a set duration of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Suspend your account for a defined period (30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanent). Self-exclusion cannot be reversed within the selected period.
• Reality Checks: Pop-up notifications showing your net session performance at configurable intervals.

Privacy & Data Protection

55bmw5 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By creating a Player Account and using the Services, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

55bmw5 is required by PAGCOR regulations and the Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended) to retain certain transaction and identity records for a minimum period prescribed by law. This obligation persists even after an account is closed.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 55bmw5 platform — including but not limited to software, graphics, game assets, logos, trademarks, service marks, text, and the overall design and layout of the website — is the exclusive property of 55bmw5 or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. No content from the 55bmw5 platform may be reproduced, copied, distributed, sold, or otherwise exploited without the prior written consent of 55bmw5.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 55bmw5 shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of, or inability to use, the platform or the Services. This includes, without limitation:

• Loss of winnings or profits;
• Losses arising from platform downtime, technical malfunction, or third-party service interruptions;
• Losses resulting from unauthorized access to a Player's account due to the Player's failure to maintain account security; and
• Losses incurred due to inaccurate information provided by the Player during registration or KYC.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 55bmw5's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other matter for which it is not legally permissible to exclude liability under Philippine law.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

Dispute Procedure. In the event of a dispute, Players are encouraged to contact 55bmw5 support in the first instance via [email protected]. 55bmw5 will acknowledge the complaint within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 5 business days. If the matter remains unresolved to the Player's satisfaction, it may be escalated to PAGCOR through its formal complaint process.

Any formal legal proceedings arising from these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Pasay City, Metro Manila, Philippines, which is the location of the PAGCOR regulatory headquarters.

Amendments to These Terms

55bmw5 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 55bmw5 will provide reasonable notice to existing Players via email to their registered address or via a prominent notice on the Platform, no less than seven (7) calendar days before the amended Terms take effect.

Your continued use of the 55bmw5 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and request account closure before the effective date.

Amendments required by PAGCOR regulation, applicable law, or a judicial or regulatory order may take effect immediately, with notice provided as soon as practicable thereafter.
